Warranty & Estimate Terms.

Every JJ Roofing estimate comes with these terms in writing — from job-site care during the project to the warranties backing your finished roof. Your investment is protected before the first shingle comes off the truck.

  • JJ Roofing uses only a dump trailer and/or dump truck to prevent damage to the driveway.
  • Shrubs and landscaping will be protected with tarps.
  • Daily job site cleaning, including sweeping with magnets to pick up fallen nails.
  • 50% down payment required, and the rest to be paid in full when the job is completed.
  • JJ Roofing is fully licensed & insured. Proof of insurance will be provided upon request.
  • JJ Roofing provides a 25-year leak free warranty on labor (storm damage is not covered), and the manufacturer provides its limited lifetime warranty on the roof system.
  • Shingle type – CertainTeed Landmark 50-year warranties.
  • NailTrak for faster installation.
  • 10-year streaking and discoloration warranty caused by algae resistance.
  • Lifetime limited warranty.
