Yes, every roof inspection and estimate is completely free. Our team visits your property, evaluates the size and condition of your roof, and takes photos of what we find. You’ll receive a detailed estimate along with that photo evidence. If we discover hidden damage once work begins, such as rotted wood or structural issues that weren’t visible during the initial inspection, we stop work, photograph the problem, and contact you directly to explain the situation before any additional charge or repair is made.
Installation time depends on the size and complexity of the project. A typical job on a smaller property takes around 3 days, while larger properties can take up to 5 days. All timelines are subject to weather conditions at the time of the project.
If removing the old roofing reveals structural damage that wasn’t part of the original estimate, such as rotted wood in the decking or damage to a chimney structure, we notify you immediately with photos of what we found. If you approve the repair, our team handles it directly. Because we’re licensed in both roofing and carpentry, we can resolve these structural issues ourselves without bringing in a third-party subcontractor or delaying your project.
Yes, we offer a 25-year warranty on our roofing services.
Our 25-year warranty covers the workmanship of your roof installation. It does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, such as direct impact from storms or tornadoes, as stated in our contract terms.
Yes. We hold an active South Carolina Specialty Contractor license (#64683) covering both roofing and carpentry work, and we carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Certificates are available on request.
We specialize in installing 6K-style seamless aluminum gutters, as well as half-round gutters. Rather than using pre-cut sections that can arrive scratched or dented, we bring our own gutter-forming machine directly to your property and fabricate each gutter run to the exact length your home needs, on-site. This eliminates seams, which are the weak points where most gutter leaks start, and ensures the material is never handled or transported more than necessary.
We serve a radius of about two hours from our base in Bluffton, SC, including Bluffton, Hardeeville, Beaufort, Ridgeland, and Hampton in South Carolina, as well as Savannah, GA and surrounding areas within that two-hour radius.
